We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Hasbro is building a world-class internal media organization. As Media Manager, Programmatic, you will serve as a hands-on programmatic media buyer and strategist, leading activation across a diverse portfolio of Hasbro brands and fandoms. As part of the Media Center of Excellence (COE), you will translate campaign objectives into best-in-class programmatic execution, driving measurable business outcomes across Hasbro's global portfolio. This role combines the breadth of supporting multiple brands and audiences with the complexity of centrally activating and optimizing campaigns across numerous international markets.
You will manage campaigns across online video (with an emphasis on YouTube), CTV/OTT, display, and audio, leveraging DV360 and Amazon DSP to drive awareness, engagement, consideration, and performance objectives.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Lead programmatic strategy and recommendations across a diverse portfolio of Hasbro brands and lines of business, including Toys & Games, Video Games, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and future entertainment initiatives.
- Oversee centrally managed programmatic campaigns activated across a broad range of international markets and territories, monitoring performance and identifying optimization opportunities across a diverse global footprint.
- Partner with Media Planning teams (internal and/or agency) to translate campaign objectives into channel-specific programmatic recommendations, including audience strategies, creative considerations, investment guidance, testing roadmaps, optimization approaches, inventory strategies, and success metrics.
- Develop integrated, channel-first recommendations informed by emerging trends, connecting programmatic media with paid social, retail media, influencer, commerce, and broader media initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
