Job Title: Paid Media Manager
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of client acquisition strategy across Google Ads and paid social. You'll be the go-to expert for campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across Search, Display, Performance Max, Meta and LinkedIn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns for a mix of B2B clients across every major platform.
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max.
- Plan and run paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, from audience strategy through to creative testing.
- Lead on strategy, execution and optimisation, with a clear focus on ROI and conversion metrics.
- Communicate campaign results and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business proposals and support the growth of our paid media offering.
- Keep on top of platform changes, emerging tools and performance trends across search and social.
- Set clear campaign goals and manage budgets to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Use audience signals, asset testing and structured reporting to get the most from PMax and paid social alike.
- Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences and targeting.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Search and Display campaign setup and structure.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max e.g. asset groups, targeting, audience signals and optimisation.
- Practical experience running Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation or ecommerce.
- Confidence with remarketing across both search and social.
- Comfortable working with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills - able to explain campaign performance clearly to clients.
