We have the pleasure of supporting one of our favourite consumer brands in their search for a Paid Media Manager.
This is a brand-new role within a growing marketing division, which is exciting in itself! But add to that a business experiencing significant global growth, operating across the UK, Europe, America, Australia and New Zealand, and there’s a lot for the right person to get stuck into.
Finding the right person for this role is going to be an important part of the continued growth and development of the brand online.
And this vacancy isn't just about generating sales through their e-commerce platforms. Of course, commercial performance matters, but paid media also plays an important role in increasing brand awareness, engaging their community and getting the brand in front of new audiences globally.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of paid media activity across Meta and Google, making sure campaigns are structured effectively, budgets are being used wisely and activity is continually optimised against commercial targets.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with the wider marketing team, digital consultant and the paid agency in the day-to-day delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who really knows their way around paid media and is comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day activity. The team does have some PPC skill internally but doesn’t have as much experience in paid social, hence the use of agencies.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of paid media experience, with strong hands-on experience across both Meta and Google Ads.
You'll be confident managing budgets, analysing campaign performance and, importantly, understanding the commercial story behind the numbers. You won't simply report that something has gone up or down – you'll be able to understand why and recommend what should happen next. Experience with Google Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio would be a big advantage.
This is an SME, so you'll need to be comfortable in an environment where things can move quickly. You'll be organised, commercially minded and detail-focused, but equally happy collaborating with the wider marketing team and getting involved when needed.
If you're looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely take ownership of paid media for a growing consumer brand and play a part in its continued global growth, we'd love to hear from you.
