Paid Media Manager | Stockport (Hybrid) | Up to £40,000

I’m partnered with a growing digital agency based in Stockport who are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their expanding team. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll take full ownership of your client accounts, managing strategy, campaign builds, optimisation, reporting, and client relationships. You’ll be responsible for around 10 client accounts, predominantly within the eCommerce space, alongside some B2B clients, working with a range of well-known organisations.

You’ll be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with a strong focus on search marketing. This includes developing strategies, optimising performance, analysing data, testing new opportunities, and presenting recommendations directly to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Owning Meta campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, and scaling
  • Managing product feeds, Merchant Centre, and feed optimisation
  • Setting and managing budgets against client targets and commercial goals
  • Analysing campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Presenting results and strategies directly to clients
  • Supporting audits, pitches, and new account builds
  • Working with data beyond the platform interface to identify growth opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The agency

You’ll be joining a growing digital agency that values ownership, transparency, and getting close to the data. Rather than working through layers of account management, you’ll have direct relationships with clients and the freedom to make decisions that genuinely impact performance.

They use AI to remove repetitive tasks and expect the team to embrace new technology, while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes and what the data actually says.

The package:

  • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working – 2 days in the Stockport office, 3 days from home
  • Early finishes on Fridays
  • Quarterly company socials
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio and take real ownership of campaigns

If you’re currently managing paid media accounts within an agency and looking for more ownership, less bureaucracy, and the opportunity to make a bigger impact, this could be a great next step.
