Senior Paid Media Manager
Location: Central London — 2 days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £47,000
Clients: Retail
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Paid Media Manager to join our growing team, working across an exciting portfolio of retail clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows paid media inside out and is confident taking ownership of strategy, activation, optimisation and performance. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive meaningful commercial results. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a varied mix of paid media channels, with a strong focus on delivering growth, efficiency and innovation for retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across retail clients.
- Plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta and other relevant paid social/search platforms.
- Develop data-led media strategies aligned to client objectives, budgets and commercial KPIs.
- Manage sizeable media budgets, ensuring investment is effectively allocated to maximise performance.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance planning.
- Produce clear, commercially focused reporting and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted paid media advisor.
- Work collaboratively with creative, account, SEO, analytics and wider agency teams.
- Keep up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging opportunities within paid media.
- Support and mentor more junior members of the paid media team.

About You
You’ll be an experienced Paid Media Manager / Senior Paid Media Manager with a strong track record of delivering performance for retail or ecommerce clients.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly confident across paid search and paid social.
- Experienced managing significant media budgets and performance targets.
- Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and retail KPIs.
- Comfortable presenting performance, insights and strategy to clients.
- Analytical and confident working with data to make informed decisions.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Naturally curious and passionate about digital marketing and paid media.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Comfortable taking ownership and operating at a senior level.
