Role Overview
Our client, an innovative full-service agency, is looking for a paid media advertising specialist to work across a range of coveted large high street brand clients. This role will play a pivotal part in the digital team, working with clients’ paid media strategies on Google platforms, Meta Platforms, LinkedIn and TikTok. The ideal candidate will lead on delivering full-funnel strategies that focus on customer behaviour, increasing awareness among the target audiences, and help drive traffic and/or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading paid media campaigns for clients, across multiple channels and working to varied full-funnel objectives. This would be end-to-end from conception and strategy through to objective definition, execution, user journey definition, tracking and reporting
- Produce campaign and creative ideas that drive performance and deliver ROAS
- Test and optimise channels, audiences, bidding strategies, creative and copy
- Stay on top of campaign and market trends, perform competitor analysis and develop campaign insights
- Continuous optimisation of campaigns, feeding back on what these are, delivering insight to the client
- Being the spearhead of paid media across the company and educating on best practice, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and releases for major platforms
- Working closely with Head of Digital to unlock business with current clients and acquire new clients
- Works towards building healthy relationships with key paid media platforms

Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in paid social media (ideally agency, with additional in-house a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of the major paid media advertising platforms from Google Stack, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
- Well-versed in Mar-tech from a tagging, tracking and pixel point of view for paid media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, both creating and delivering
- Strong analytical and strategic campaign planning skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly
- Understanding of best practice in paid social media across multiple paid media platforms as well as Google Search
- Data-driven with a methodical approach
- Experience working with both small and large budgets
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively

Role Details
Role is available as either an immediate freelance role OR a permanent opportunity
- Competitive salary
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Hybrid working pattern; ideally 4 days on-site and 1 day WFH
- Free on-site parking
