Our clients range from national call centres to niche verticals, and we run campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Facebook/Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok and more.
At Digital Khaos, we believe there is a method in the madness, turning chaotic digital landscapes into measurable growth.
The Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid media and digital content, who can manage campaigns across multiple platforms while continuously improving performance.
You will be responsible for creating content, launching and managing campaigns, and optimising performance to reduce CPLs, increase lead quality, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook/Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other relevant channels
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns to achieve performance targets
- Continuously work to lower CPLs, improve conversion rates, and maximise return on ad spend
- Create engaging ad content, including copy and creative ideas, aligned with campaign goals
- Maintain consistency in messaging, creative output, and brand presentation across campaigns
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and lead volume
- Analyse campaign data and make informed decisions on budgets, targeting, and creative performance
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and ad copy to identify winning combinations
- Work with internal teams or external creatives to develop campaign assets and landing page content
- Support tracking and reporting, ensuring campaign data is accurate and actionable
- Stay up to date with platform changes, market trends, and new opportunities within digital advertising

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
