Paid Media Manager
Glasgow – Hybrid
Up to £40,000

The Role
They are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and a strong focus on data-driven performance. In this role, you'll create and refine targeted PPC campaigns, analyze key metrics to enhance results, and play a key role in shaping digital strategy. Collaborating within a dedicated team, you'll have the support of your team around you while taking the lead in client discussions and campaign direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Use data insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Manage media planning, setup, reporting, and budgets.
- Build strong client relationships through strategy and reporting.
- Lead internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to improve results.
- Collaborate with teams to strengthen campaign strategies.

What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience, especially in Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and GA4.
- Proactive, innovative approach to digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Adaptability to new advertising platforms.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Ads or emerging platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
