About us...
BlankTag Media is a paid media agency that works in two ways. Most of our work is white-label: we're the outsourced paid media team for creative, SEO and PR agencies, sometimes fully under their brand and sometimes as a named partner working alongside them. We also work directly with brands.
We're a small team, so you'll work directly with the founders. Your work will be seen, and there's real room to grow.
The role...
You'll need extensive experience in either Meta Ads or Google Ads. We'd prefer Meta, but going deep on one platform matters more than knowing a bit of both. It’s important to understand what we do is part of a wider picture of our client’s activities, therefore applicants with inhouse and agency experience will be considered.
This role is about leading accounts, not just running them. You'll own the client relationship, shape the strategy behind each client's growth, and make sure every client feels looked after. Some weeks you'll be the face of our partner agency on a client call. Other weeks you'll work behind the scenes, making that agency look brilliant.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
