This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role

We're looking for a Media Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management of our paid media activity across a fast-moving, cross-platform portfolio.

Working as part of a wider paid media team and closely integrated with teams across the business, you'll drive digital advertising campaigns from household name brands. From Google and YouTube to Meta, TikTok, and Amazon, you'll plan, optimise, and report on campaigns that reach families around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, optimise, and report across all paid media activity, including Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Juggle multiple concurrent campaigns while keeping internal stakeholders clearly and consistently updated.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reallocation.
  • Data & Insights: Use data to reinforce decision-making and insights for our clients, arriving at clear, actionable recommendations that continuously evolve our digital advertising discipline.
  • Industry Awareness: Track industry trends and their implications — including ad buying, new ad products, brand safety, and adapt activity accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and build leaner, faster operating practices along with new tools to consistently raise the bar of excellence across the team.
  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the company's broader Global strategic story in partnership with other teams.

Requirements

  • Google Ad Manager & Google Ads: Proven experience running YouTube Partner Sales campaigns in Google Ad Manager and biddable campaigns across Google Ads — YouTube advertising in particular — with strong command of trafficking and analytics workflows.
  • Paid Social: At least 1-2 years running Facebook and TikTok ads: setting up and optimising brand awareness, traffic, and conversion campaigns, implementing pixel tracking, and building custom audience segments.
  • Media Planning: Relevant experience creating media plans and RFPs for digital video paid media campaigns.
  • Client Service: Deliver excellent client service — leading campaigns from brief to execution and creating polished post-campaign presentations.
  • Sales Support: Support our Global Sales team as an advisory, planning, and execution arm for all things paid media.
  • Platform Breadth: Experience across Amazon, Spotify, DSPs, and Shopify encouraged, but not required.
  • Performance Marketing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of performance advertising principles (including SEM), attribution methods, and customer-journey analysis — spanning web analytics, reach and frequency, and ad-engagement quality metrics.
  • Data Tooling: Comfortable with data dashboard tools and ingesting data from multiple ad platforms. Confident reporting performance via email, Excel, Tableau, or Data Studio in a client-friendly, detail-oriented manner.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: Able to run your own accounts with strategic thinking and financial responsibility.
  • Communication: A collaborator and leader that brings their distinct point of view to the table in every discussion.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to deliver their paid media campaigns, regularly feeding back on creative, sharing best practices, and measuring campaign delivery back to business goals.
