Paid Media Senior Account Executive - Social & Search

London | Hybrid - 2 days per week

Salary: up to £40k depending on experience.

We’re working with a fast-growing, global independent integrated PR and marketing agency looking for a Paid Media Senior Account Executive to join its expanding UK digital team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely loves the hands-on side of paid media and wants to join a digital team at an exciting stage of its growth.

The agency has a substantial global presence and is now growing their London team.

This is a real opportunity to have a seat at the table, take ownership and shape their role and career as the team develops.

The role

This is a hands-on paid media position across paid search and paid social.

You’ll work across predominantly B2C clients, alongside some B2B, managing campaigns both as part of wider integrated PR, social and marketing programmes and on standalone digital accounts.

You’ll work almost as an internal paid media consultant across the agency – getting into the platforms, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, optimising activity and using data to continually improve results.

You’ll be supported by senior members of the digital team alongside global data, insights and creative specialists.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
