Paid Media Specialist (PPC & Paid Social)

Remote / Hybrid – UK

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid media strategy, execution and performance across a portfolio of eCommerce and lead generation clients.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who knows their way around Google Ads and Paid Social, enjoys digging into performance data, and is confident turning insights into strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social
  • Developing paid media strategies around clients’ commercial objectives
  • Monitoring performance, budgets and ROAS to maximise results
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
  • Testing and optimising ad copy, creative and landing page recommendations
  • Producing performance reports with clear, actionable insights
  • Leading client meetings and presenting results and strategic plans
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Collaborating with creative, SEO and account management teams
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new strategies and services
  • Keeping ahead of platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience managing both Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience across both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence managing client relationships and leading meetings independently
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Previous marketing agency experience is preferred.
