Paid Media Specialist
Guiseley, Leeds (Hybrid) £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
Join a growing, global business and take ownership of paid media activity across our European markets. This is an opportunity to develop your expertise across PPC, paid social, conversion tracking and performance analysis while working closely with colleagues across Europe and North America.
With a supportive leadership team and significant investment in marketing, you'll have the autonomy to influence campaign performance, shape strategy in emerging markets, and help drive lead generation across a global business. The role offers hybrid working, with just 1-2 days per week in the Leeds office.
The Role
As Paid Media Specialist, you'll manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms, driving high-quality leads and maximising return on investment.
You'll take ownership of campaign budgets, performance reporting and optimisation activity, using data and insights to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs and identify new growth opportunities across European markets.

Working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders, you'll support conversion tracking, refine keyword strategies, improve campaign performance and contribute to ongoing CRO and landing page optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and impression share
- Oversee campaign budgets, spend pacing and performance forecasting
- Analyse campaign data and provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support and enhance conversion tracking and campaign measurement
- Identify new keyword opportunities and monitor competitor activity
- Drive continuous improvement through landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams across Europe and North America
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure campaigns deliver against business objectives
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including PPC and paid social
- Experience using Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, conversion rate and impression share
- Experience with conversion tracking, reporting and campaign analysis
- Understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimisation
- Experience working within a lead generation-focused business
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple markets would be advantageous
