Role Overview
We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of client ad accounts and drive measurable results through paid campaigns.
About the Company
Graphica Digitalis is a marketing agency delivering innovative solutions for businesses looking to reach their target audience effectively.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to understand their goals and needs
- Turning that into a clear campaign strategy (what we run, on which platforms, and why)
- Creating and managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
- Building and refining audience targeting, ad creative structure, and budget allocation
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimising in real time based on results
- Collaborating with the SMM specialist, using content performance insights to inform what's worth boosting or scaling
- Preparing monthly or campaign reports that are easy for clients to understand (not just numbers, but insights)
- Communicating clearly what's working, what isn't, and what the next steps should be

Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience running paid campaigns
- Practical experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and performance metrics
- High level of independence and accountability
- Clear communication and reliable delivery of tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team alongside other specialists (e.g. content/SMM)
