Talent Frame Paid Media Specialist
Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a Paid Media Specialist role. This is a hands-on position responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns to generate quality leads and support business growth across multiple advertising platforms.
This is a hybrid working role in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to meet agreed lead generation targets.
- Own the full lifecycle of campaign execution, continuously testing and refining targeting, messaging, and creative formats to improve performance.
- Develop and implement account structures and optimisation processes to bring campaign management in-house from external agencies.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and stop rules.
- Collaborate with content teams to craft compelling ad copy and develop creative briefs that align with campaign goals.
- Work with marketing teams to optimise landing pages and conversion pathways, ensuring seamless lead journeys.
- Track and report on campaign performance, translating platform insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor lead quality by collaborating with marketing operations to integrate offline conversions and refine campaigns accordingly.

Person Specification
- Practical experience with hands on execution of paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta in a B2B environment.
- Open to people from either agency or in-house background - as long as can demonstrate hands on skills and B2B experience.
- Ability to independently handle significant budgets, with a focus on lead quality and pipeline contribution rather than click metrics.
- Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data to drive optimisation decisions.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of structuring campaigns effectively and implementing process improvements.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working as the paid media expert within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements and insights clearly.
- Understanding the importance of qualified leads and sales pipeline impact in a B2B environment.
