Job Details

Location: Onsite for 3 months, then hybrid options

Salary: £30,000-£38,000 DOE

About the Role

Their Paid Media department manages advertising campaigns for clients across the globe, successfully marketing their products and services on Google, Bing, YouTube, and other varied channels. Their PPC team is responsible for over £2 million in annual advertising spend.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be tasked with creating and optimising the campaigns they manage on behalf of their clients to ensure they achieve the highest possible performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the paid (Google, Microsoft, and Meta Ads) elements of a portfolio of clients’ integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • You will have a passion for paid advertising and will draw on all appropriate options to drive leads, sales, visits, and subscriptions for a broad range of clients.
  • The agency’s client base spans retail and blue-chip brands, high-street names, and sector-leading niche, specialist industries. All campaigns involve significant planning and strategy, and you will collaborate with their in-house web/software development teams, designers, copywriters, SEO professionals, and marketers to utilise and support the delivery of paid campaign objectives.
  • In this role, you will:
    • Take end-to-end responsibility for Google and Meta Ads campaigns, from initial setup and strategy development to ongoing optimisation and reporting.
    • Manage paid advertising strategies for a variety of clients across retail, blue-chip companies, and niche industries.
    • Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities, producing actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and support business development efforts.
    • Monitor account performance daily, restructuring campaigns where necessary to improve key performance metrics.
    • Successfully onboard new accounts, develop tailored strategies based on client objectives, and collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and SEO professionals, to align efforts across campaigns.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new ad formats and technologies to maximise client success and satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
