About The Company

We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing organisation that is investing heavily in its digital marketing function and is looking to appoint a talented Paid Media Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves analysing data, improving campaign performance and driving measurable commercial results. You'll join a collaborative marketing team where you'll have genuine ownership of paid acquisition activity and the opportunity to influence strategy while continuing to develop your career.


Description

Reporting into the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll take responsibility for managing and optimising paid search campaigns while supporting activity across paid social and other acquisition channels.

Working closely with colleagues across ecommerce, CRM, SEO and digital, you'll use insight, testing and optimisation to continually improve campaign performance and maximise return on investment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display.
  • Supporting paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other acquisition channels.
  • Developing structured testing plans covering bidding strategies, audiences, ad copy, creative and landing pages.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making commercially focused recommendations based on data.
  • Producing insightful performance reporting and identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, reduce CPA and increase lead quality.
  • Working alongside technical teams to improve tracking, attribution and campaign measurement.
  • Keeping up to date with new platform developments, AI tools and industry best practice.

Experience

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with commercial thinking and enjoys continually improving performance.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2-4 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
  • Experience with automated bidding strategies and conversion optimisation.
  • A solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the confidence to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Experience within ecommerce, lead generation or subscription-based businesses would be advantageous, as would exposure to platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, Looker Studio or PostHog.


Remuneration

  • Salary of £33,000-£36,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the Solihull office).
