Paid Media Specialist (Meta & Google) – Freelance Contractor
I’m looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to support my growing performance marketing consultancy.
This role requires someone who is comfortable both managing campaigns and communicating directly with multiple clients, with strong experience across Meta and Google Ads. Experience with Pinterest and TikTok is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Analyse performance data and provide clear optimisation recommendations
- Advise on budgets, audiences, creative testing, and scaling opportunities
- Create performance reports and build client-ready slides in PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Join client calls and email communications to discuss performance and strategy

Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.)
- Experience analysing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable presenting results, recommendations and including creative feedback to clients
- Highly organised and proactive

Bonus Experience
- Experience in agency and/or client side roles
- Experience with Pinterest Ads
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Content creation at a basic level in Canva (or similar)
Terms and Conditions
- £3,000 a month
- 1 week notice period for the first 3 months. 1 month notice period thereafter.
Interview Process:
- First Round: Interview questions
- Second Round: Data task
- Third Round: Short presentation
