Paid Media Specialist (Meta)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist (Meta) based in United Kingdom.
This role is ideal for a performance-focused digital marketer who knows how to turn Meta advertising into measurable business results. You will own campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and related Meta platforms, from audience research and targeting through execution, optimization, and reporting. Your work will directly influence campaign efficiency, customer acquisition, and return on advertising investment. You will combine analytical thinking with creative collaboration to develop compelling ads and continuously improve performance. The position requires someone who is comfortable working with data, testing new approaches, and adapting quickly to changes in the advertising landscape. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with creative and content teams while developing deeper expertise in paid media strategy.
Accountabilities
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience research and build effective targeting strategies, including segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and visual assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved return on investment.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns, audiences, placements, and creative variations.
- Design and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, audience targeting, placements, and other campaign variables.
- Produce regular performance reports that clearly communicate campaign results, trends, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about Meta advertising products, platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid media best practices.
- Continuously refine campaign strategies based on performance data, testing outcomes, and changing business priorities.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, preferably in a performance marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make informed performance decisions.
- Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content specialists, and other marketing stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with additional paid media platforms such as Google Ads or TikTok Ads is an advantage.
- Meta advertising certification, such as Meta Blueprint, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Reliable home-working setup, including a dual-monitor computer with at least 8 GB RAM, internet speed of at least 25 Mbps, and a camera capable of 1080p resolution.
