Paid Media Specialist

Location: Greenford, London
Work Arrangement: On-site
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

An established organisation in the education sector is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role responsible for generating high-quality leads and maximising campaign performance through data-driven paid media strategies. You will work closely with marketing, recruitment, and creative teams to deliver targeted, conversion-focused campaigns aligned with organisational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with brand and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI, cost efficiency, lead quality, and conversions.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies across relevant professional and demographic segments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Manage campaign tracking, attribution, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Work with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Meta Business Manager, and related marketing technology.
  • Analyse campaign data and produce performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across paid channels.
  • Monitor market trends, platform developments, and emerging paid media opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, recruitment, creative, and international teams.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer acquisition, audience targeting, and paid media optimisation.
  • Experience targeting professional or specialist audiences; experience within education, training, or other sector-specific environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling marketing messaging.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
