We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to turn budgets into measurable growth for hospitality's boldest brands.
MeMo is an integrated hospitality marketing agency. We're a full-service team - social, content, design, PR, Influencer and digital all under one roof - working with names like Pizza Pilgrims, Mowgli, Roti King, Ole & Steen, Bancone and The Pig Hotels, alongside ambitious independents making their mark.
It means our paid work never sits in isolation. You'll build performance campaigns that plug directly into brand, social and creative, turning great content into covers, bookings and revenue. We're looking for a performance marketer who thinks in numbers but understands brand, gets a genuine kick out of a well-optimised campaign, and knows how to squeeze every pound of a budget across paid social and paid search. This role reports to our Head of Digital.
What you'll do
- Plan, build, launch and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & LinkedIn for a portfolio of hospitality clients
- Own budgets and targets end to end: pacing, bid strategy, audience building and creative testing to hit and beat ROAS, CPA and CPL goals
- Turn data into decisions: monitor performance daily, run structured A/B tests, and continually sharpen efficiency across every channel
- Own measurement and tracking: pixels, GA4, conversion APIs and attribution — so every campaign is provable and every insight is trusted
- Partner closely with Social, Creative and Client Services so paid, owned and earned all pull in the same direction
- Report clearly and confidently to clients, translating the numbers into insight, recommendations and next steps
- Stay ahead of platform changes, betas and new ad formats across all four channels

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
