Remote-first (one day a fortnight near Truro, Cornwall) · Up to £47,000

We're working with an established multi-brand group who run all their paid media in-house, across a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands. It's a rare in-house role that feels a lot like agency: rather than one account, you're moving between brands, channels and budgets big enough to matter.

You'd own paid media end to end, reporting into the Marketing Manager with an executive alongside you on delivery. Paid social, PPC and Google Ads, including Shopping and product feed optimisation, with serious budgets behind you, up to six figures a month at peak.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

It suits someone hands-on and mid-level who likes building and optimising campaigns themselves rather than handing them off. If you've come from an agency and are used to juggling several accounts at once, this'll feel familiar.

What you'll need:

  • Strong hands-on paid media experience across paid social and Google Ads
  • Google Shopping and product feed optimisation (this one's essential)
  • A track record managing real budgets across multiple brands or clients
  • The commercial nous to tie spend back to results, ROAS, CPA and lead quality

On the working setup:

It's remote-first, but you'll need to be on-site near Truro, Cornwall one day a fortnight, and that travel would be at your own cost. So you'll want to be within reasonable reach of Cornwall rather than the other end of the country.

If that sounds like you, apply and I'll be in touch.
