Due to a Year of Growth and the Continued Expansion of Our Digital Capabilities, We Are Recruiting a Paid Media Specialist
You will join our Digital Media Team, to:
- Grow and evolve our paid media capabilities, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our offering remains cutting-edge and highly competitive
- Manage, execute, and optimise media campaigns across all in-house platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Stackadapt, Appcast and Google Analytics)
- Analyse complex campaign data to deliver clear, actionable performance insights and ROI proof for both the client success team at Creed, and our clients.
- Act as the internal fountain of knowledge, educating the wider team so they can confidently and accurately talk about and promote our digital products
- Manage the paid media workflow, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and run efficiently
- Confidently present media strategies directly to clients and pitch new platform opportunities to drive agency profitability.

You will need proven, hands-on experience in paid media execution and digital marketing. It is important that you:
- Are highly analytical, naturally inquisitive, and able to turn raw data into strategic, actionable stories rather than simply reporting numbers. GA4 experience would be beneficial
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining resilience and agility in a constantly shifting digital landscape
- Can positively influence clients and colleagues, breaking down complex digital concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand language
- Have a rigorous attention to detail, meticulously checking work and ensuring operational excellence across all platforms
- Treat your colleagues as "internal clients," providing a supportive, "can-do" sounding board for the wider agency
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mathematics and English
