Paid Media Strategist | Up to £50,000 | Hybrid (London)
We're partnering with a highly respected employer branding agency to find a Paid Media Strategist to own their paid digital output end-to-end.
This is a strategy-first, client-facing role — you won't be the one buried in platforms all day. You'll take the brief, build the channel strategy, present it with confidence to clients, and direct a dedicated Biddable Manager to execute it — with full oversight of quality, pacing and results.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning paid media strategy across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, with a working knowledge of programmatic
- Leading client conversations — taking briefs, presenting strategy, and being the trusted voice on all things paid
- Directing and QA'ing the work of a Biddable Manager to ensure strategy translates into strong platform performance
- Reporting on performance and continuously refining the approach
- Working purely on the digital paid side — no offline, no job boards, no channel silos

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience across paid social and paid search, ideally with some understanding of programmatic
- A genuine strategic mindset — someone who can build a plan, not just execute one
- Strong client-facing skills — able to explain the "why," not just the "what"
- Employer branding or B2B agency experience is a bonus, but not essential — a broad, channel-agnostic understanding of paid media matters more than sector background
- Someone who wants ownership of a role, not a queue of tasks to deliver against
