About Us
Iris is a global integrated agency driven by one simple philosophy: Participate or Perish. We create ideas that earn attention and inspire people to interact with brands in meaningful ways. Working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, we combine strategy, creativity, technology, and media to deliver impactful campaigns.
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Paid Search Account Manager to join our Performance Marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building strong client relationships, leading campaign delivery and driving performance growth, while also being confident getting into the detail of paid search execution and optimisation. As the Paid Search Channel Lead, you’ll work closely with Client Leads and senior account executives to deliver best-in-class paid search strategies and ensure seamless day-to-day account management.
You will primarily work across a major global skincare client, managing multiple accounts across Europe in different markets and languages. The focus will be on upper-funnel brand visibility, delivering high-quality visits and improving budget efficiency by increasing qualitative conversion value per cost.
This role will have real impact, helping shape paid search strategies and ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard across markets. You’ll play a key role in driving visibility with key skincare audiences, nurturing deeper onsite engagement, and contributing to long-term brand growth.
🛠 What you’ll be doing
- Lead the day-to-day management of paid search activity across multiple European markets, acting as a key contact for clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Build trusted client relationships, maintaining clear communication around performance, priorities, timelines and growth opportunities while understanding wider business goals and challenges.
- Partner closely with Paid Search Strategy Leads and channel specialists to translate strategy into high-impact execution, ensuring activity aligns with wider brand and business objectives.
- Drive a strong test-and-learn approach across campaigns, leading testing roadmaps across targeting, creative, bidding strategies and audience segmentation, and turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and inform future strategy.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across Search, including planning, briefing, QA, optimisation oversight, budget pacing, reporting and post-campaign reviews.
- Independently manage workflows and delegate tasks across junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong project management and effective prioritisation across multiple markets and deadlines.
- Analyse campaign and consumer performance data across Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and internal datasets, using a data-led approach to identify opportunities, optimise performance and proactively address underperforming campaigns.
- Approach challenges with structured, solutions-focused thinking, identifying risks early and proactively presenting recommendations and solutions to both clients and senior leadership.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping develop their channel expertise, client communication skills and overall growth within the team.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture through open feedback, knowledge sharing and proactive communication.
- Stay up to date with paid search platform updates, tools and best practices, sharing learnings and opportunities with the wider team and clients to drive innovation and performance improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
