Job Description

MG OMD are searching for an account manager, a PPC superstar who empowers and inspires people around them, is not afraid to challenge the status quo, and has a passion for paid search. This person will find themselves working closely with the major search platforms to deliver best-in-class advertising campaigns and future-facing solutions.

In the PPC Account Manager role you will be working as part of the Investment team @MG OMD, comprised of 100+ specialists who work across PPC, paid social and organic performance (SEO). Although the role primarily focuses on PPC, there are opportunities to develop skills across the wider Investment team. This role requires someone with enthusiasm, a creative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Account Managers will have some prior knowledge of running advertising campaigns across Google & Microsoft search. You should ideally be experienced in producing detailed media plans that make use of a variety of objectives and targeting types. You should also have knowledge of how to monitor search ad performance and make changes to improve results where required. Previous experience working in a marketing agency or in-house role is required.

You will need to be organised and methodical with a calm demeanor. You will also need to be confident working with numbers as we regularly deal with large amounts of data. Proficient Microsoft Excel skills are essential as well as experience with producing and presenting PowerPoint presentations.

As a client-facing team, we are looking for someone who is personable and friendly, with professional manners.

You will be the primary day-to-day contact for the clients, responsible for delivering high quality work, market-leading performance and future-facing ideas for tomorrow.

Supporting the wider activation team on day-to-day implementation, alongside driving client performance to meet targets and expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
