Job Title

Paid Search and App Marketing Manager

Job Description

Who are we?

IG Group is a FTSE 100 fintech operating across five continents, serving over 1.4m customers and handling billions of dollars in transactions – built on scale, trust, and proof. We didn't pivot to innovation; it's how we've always operated. What that means for the people who work here is real: genuinely complex problems to solve, the technology and resources to tackle them properly, and the kind of scope that's rare in established businesses.

The bar is high – bring a curious and forward-thinking mindset and we'll give you the platform to define what comes next.

Join us at IG – the future gets built here.

What’s the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale the paid search channel for UK & IE to the next level. You will be hands-on in managing a large budget, building and optimising campaigns, and driving measurable growth. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of Search synergies between Paid and Organic, and a track record in scaling new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and other platforms (e.g. Apple Search Ads).
  • Monitor and optimise performance to CPA (cost per acquisition) that reflect CLV (client lifetime value).
  • Orchestrate and run Geo-experiments to validate incrementality.
  • Work closely with SEO to develop a holistic approach to Search to maximise click share.
  • Identify and test growth opportunities to continuously scale new client acquisition.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and its impact on Search.
  • Develop and embed AI Agents to automate workflows and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
