  • By supporting the day-to-day delivery of search activity, you ensure that "best-in-class" isn't just a phrase, but a consistent reality for our clients.
  • You will play a vital role in financial reporting and budget management, ensuring every pound spent is accounted for and working toward the client’s goals.
  • By proactively identifying opportunities for effectiveness, you help the team move faster and smarter, removing friction from the search roadmap.
  • Your inquisitive nature will help the team stay "future-proof" as you contribute to the development of new Paid Search frameworks and internal skills.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

  • Mastery of the Basics: You have become a "safe pair of hands" in Google Ads, managing day-to-day administrative and optimization tasks with forensic accuracy.
  • Integrated Thinking: You are no longer just "doing search"; you understand how our Paid Search activity plugs into the wider marketing funnel and the client’s commercial goals.
  • Trusted Support: You have built strong internal relationships, where Partners and Associate Partners rely on your proactive updates and budget management.
  • The Inquisitive Practitioner: You have identified and implemented at least three proactive optimizations or "next-gen" search tactics that have improved client performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
