The Opportunity
Are you a motivated search marketer looking to develop your career within an industry-leading agency environment? Open Partners is looking for a Paid Search Junior Partner to support the planning, development, and delivery of high-performing Paid Search campaigns. Sitting within our performance media team, you will assist Partners and Associate Partners in executing market-leading search strategies that integrate seamlessly with the wider business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with foundational search experience who is eager to build their skill set, manage daily client operations, and drive real effectiveness across search channels.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery & Quality: Support the best in class delivery and quality execution of Paid Search activity for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Financial & Budget Management: Manage Paid Search financial reporting, pacing, and budget tracking accurately for your client accounts.
- Roadmap Adherence: Assist with client roadmap development and ensure ongoing adherence to key project milestones.
- Continuous Optimisation: Proactively identify, test, and implement opportunities to make Paid Search campaigns more effective.
- Product & Capability Growth: Contribute to developing our Paid Search capabilities so they remain market-leading and integrated with the rest of the business.
- Relationship Building: Support and contribute to the growth of your team, client relationships, and external media partner relationships.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
- Administrative Mastery: You efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, budget reporting, and campaign setup with high accuracy.
- Platform Confidence: You independently execute optimisations, reporting, and management tasks across Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Effective Integration: You actively collaborate with Partners and Associate Partners, ensuring Paid Search outputs align with broader client goals.
- Proactive Contribution: You consistently bring fresh industry updates, search trends, and ideas to team discussions.
What You’ll Bring
- Paid Search Experience: 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience with a solid understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
- Platform Proficiency: Direct hands-on experience using Google Ads and Google Analytics (experience with Microsoft Ads or Amazon Ads is desirable).
- Data Fluency: Comfortable working with data and using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides to track and present insights.
- Organisational Skills: Able to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Mindset & Drive: A proactive, inquisitive, and self-motivated attitude paired with a positive, flexible, can-do approach to teamwork.
