Paid Search Lead - Tech Company - £55-60k - London
A growing tech company are looking for a Paid Search Lead to take ownership of high-performing PPC campaigns across multiple markets. This role is in house so allows you to be fully immersed in the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, managing significant budgets and making decisions that have a direct impact on commercial performance. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative and technical teams to develop, test and continually improve paid search activity.
The role
You’ll take ownership of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimising high-value search and shopping campaigns across multiple markets.
- Developing PPC strategies focused on growth, ROI and conversion performance.
- Analysing campaign and website data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Managing keyword research, ad copy, assets, bidding and budgets.
- Launching and overseeing campaigns across different markets and audiences.
- Developing a strong test-and-learn approach, using data to inform decisions.
- Producing clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Keeping up to date with developments across PPC and the wider digital marketing landscape.
- Working collaboratively with creative, technology and wider marketing teams.

About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experienced in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role is a mix of strategy/planning but also hands on activation.
- Strong experience managing and optimising complex, high-spend PPC accounts.
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with a strong understanding of ROI and conversion performance.
- Experience using Google Analytics and other campaign/performance tools.
- A proactive, data-driven approach and a genuine interest in performance marketing.
- The confidence to work autonomously, take ownership and make decisions quickly.
- A willingness to test new ideas, learn from results and continually improve performance.

Desirable:
- Experience working across international markets, within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment, or additional European language skills.
