Paid Search Manager – Retail Clients
Location: Remote – UK
Type: Full-time
The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to take ownership of paid search activity across a portfolio of UK retail and e-commerce clients.
You’ll manage campaigns day-to-day while also looking at the bigger commercial picture — identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiency and make clients’ media budgets work harder.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Running Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Managing budgets against ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
- Using performance data to identify opportunities for profitable growth.
- Optimising product feeds and Shopping activity.
- Planning campaigns around promotions, seasonality and key retail trading periods.
- Analysing performance through GA4 and reporting platforms.
- Testing campaign structures, bidding strategies, audiences and ad creative.
- Producing clear client reports and recommendations.
- Working directly with retail clients to discuss performance and future strategy.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on paid search/PPC experience.
- Experience working with retail or e-commerce accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and e-commerce performance.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and GA4.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Confident communicating directly with clients.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment.
