More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

At Wise, we're on a mission to empower users to make smarter, more transparent financial decisions. We operate as a collective of autonomous teams, trusting and empowering everyone to take ownership and execute on the things that drive the greatest impact for our users.

The landscape of search is rapidly evolving, driven by generative AI, sophisticated machine learning, and a shift toward in-app discovery. We're looking for a highly strategic, data-driven Paid Search Manager who not only masters traditional search platforms but actively embraces this evolution. You understand that excellent search marketing is about more than just keywords—it's about predicting user intent, leveraging AI-powered insights, and delivering the most relevant experience to our global customer base.

You will own and shape our search strategy, integrating modern AI capabilities, maximising efficiency across all platforms, and empowering the wider team by sharing advanced insights and fostering a culture of shared learning.

Search Strategy & Execution

  • Drive Customer Acquisition Strategies: You will design and execute dynamic search campaigns that drive high-volume consumer growth.
  • Lead Multi-Platform Performance: Strategically set up, optimise, analyse, and report on large-scale Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Ads accounts. You'll manage campaigns across multiple markets and languages, with an eye toward expanding into new, emerging search and discovery channels.
  • AI & Automation Mastery: Fully utilise and implement cutting-edge automation and AI solutions within our search accounts (e.g., PMax, AI Max, AI-powered bidding strategies) to maximise operational efficiencies. You'll proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative practices.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Own the end-to-end A/B testing process across ad copy, extensions, and landing pages to constantly improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates, translating user insights into tangible campaign improvements.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain, enhance, and evolve reporting dashboards. You will lead the proactive identification of tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities, accurately forecasting their impact and translating this into robust campaign delivery plans for customer acquisition growth targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
