Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you 👋

Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.

We invite you to read the advert below for our new Paid Search Manager position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!

The role

Great products are at the heart of Huel, but getting them in front of the right customers has been just as important to our growth.

We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google media activity across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping. You’ll shape the strategy, lead structured experimentation, stay close to account performance and develop your direct report, all while helping to drive Huel’s next phase of growth.

  • Campaign Management & Strategy: Own the development, deployment, and optimisation of our Google media strategy across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping, in every market we trade in
  • Analytics: Reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA and ROI of all activity, ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Commercial Awareness: Presenting clear, data-backed business cases to improve revenue, ROI & drive new customer acquisition
  • Signal design: Own conversion architecture and signal quality - first-party data, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking and value-based bidding
  • Feeds: Keep our product feeds in top shape. Feed quality is one of the most durable skills in the stack, and we treat it that way
  • Demand Gen: Own audience strategy, work with our creative team to brief and iterate video-first assets, and know what a good three-second hook looks like
  • Growth: Contribute to achieving the acquisition, revenue, and customer LTV targets across key markets
  • Automation: Scripts, APIs and custom logic. If a task is repeatable, automate it.
  • Branding: Ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications
  • Management: Manage a direct report to deliver outstanding results and performance
  • Experimentation: Build and run a hypothesis-led testing roadmap. Clear hypotheses, clean tests, honest readouts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for in you

The ideal candidate will already have around 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Search, Google Shopping and Demand Generation campaigns for an agency, ad-tech or high-growth business.

  • Optimising backend product feeds and dealing with enterprise client level budgets.
  • A working knowledge of paid social. Demand Gen sits right on the line between search and social, and creative that works on Meta usually teaches you something about what works on Google.
  • You can brief video creative, read asset-level performance, and tell a weak hook from a weak audience.
  • A passion for us and what you do! Paid search is critical to gaining new customers and growing our brand globally. You’ll need to think like a Hueligan and understand what we want to achieve.

Life at Huel is always changing. We work within a growth mindset, so you’ll be someone who is quick to learn and can develop new skills and be proactive to changing trading patterns.

  • You’ll be self-sufficient and fully competent with flawless execution of campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms such as GA4 and Heap will be essential. I know we mentioned it already but we really are a data-driven business!
  • Ideally, you’ll have some experience managing or mentoring others, with the ability to support their development and help them grow.

And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you’re all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you’ll fit right in at Huel!
