This is a hybrid role located in Angel, London (Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote)

Paid Search Marketing Team

The Paid Search team at Wayfair UK & Ireland manages multi-million dollar campaigns to capture demand across search engines. We use in-house automation, advanced analytics, and bidding solutions to optimise campaigns and drive revenue. Our work ensures customers find and purchase what they need by targeting millions of ads, optimising bids, and developing effective creative and landing page strategies. Partnering with Data Science and Engineering, we innovate and iterate on new opportunities and product categories.

What You Will Do

  • Own a portfolio of Paid Search campaigns with a multi million dollar monthly advertising budget across Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Build campaigns, analyse and monitor their performance, identify trends, develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems, make optimisations to drive ROI.
  • Design and A/B test innovative ideas for optimising our keyword coverage, product feeds, ad copy, landing pages.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Promotions, Category Management, and other teams to partner on strategies that grow the channel.
  • Drive the evolution of Wayfair’s Search Marketing strategy in response to shifting consumer behaviour due to AI Search.
  • Spearhead and manage the creation of automated agentic workflows for channel execution and data analysis.
  • Conduct rigorous evaluations of channel performance, emphasising incrementality and offering strategic perspectives on maximising customer LTV and channel profitability in tandem with traditional KPIs.

What You Need

  • Bachelor degree (or higher) in a quantitative field of study: math, sciences, economics, or business.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy with an analytical emphasis is highly valued.
  • Experience with performance marketing and/or programmatic display/video platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, TradeDesk, AdForm etc.) is a big plus.
  • Strong quantitative analytics skills with a technical inclination. - Able to generate insights and solutions or build a story and strategy from large data sets. SQL / GBQ / Python / R / Looker / Excel knowhow is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, hunger for driving results and improvement-driven mindset - you quickly grasp KPIs and metrics, and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance.
  • Experience with agentic AI tools (Cursor, n8n, custom GPTs/Gems etc.) and implementation to improve workflow efficiency.
  • A total ownership mindset - ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills - ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
