Summary

Are you a highly analytical, detail-oriented PPC specialist ready to drive measurable results across high-profile client accounts? We are looking for a dedicated Paid Search (PPC) Executive to join our growing Paid Media team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, Shopping, Display, Video) to exceed client objectives and KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, Clicks, Conversions).
  • Contribute to client calls and meetings, presenting performance updates, sharing key insights, and supporting overall search strategy discussions.
  • Translate client business goals into robust, data-led, and commercially focused paid search strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure maximum campaign coverage.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform data to analyse results, track user behaviour, and identify opportunities for account restructuring and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Social, CRO, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, budgets are optimised, and are driving maximum cross-channel performance.
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting and provide proactive recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes and budget efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of PPC platform trends, algorithm updates, new ad formats (e.g., Performance Max), and beta testing opportunities, bringing proactive ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Support the Head of Paid Media in forecasting, budgeting, and developing best practices across all search accounts.

About You

  • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in managing and optimising paid search campaigns, ideally within a search or performance marketing agency.
  • Expert level proficiency in using and optimising campaigns within the Google Ads platform (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
  • Confident using GA4 for tracking campaign performance, generating audiences, and providing post-click insight.
  • Familiarity with feed management and Google Merchant Center for Shopping campaigns is a plus.
  • Commercially minded. You understand the importance of ROI, can effectively manage large budgets, and align campaign activity with core client business metrics.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients, joining calls, and presenting results, supported by the Paid Media Account Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interpret large data sets and translate findings into immediate campaign actions.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on cross-functional work and is committed to shared success.
  • Passionate about search engine marketing, digital innovation, and continuous professional development.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills.
