YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

As a Senior Executive (Paid Search) you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring delivery against client objectives.

In this role, you will interpret campaign performance data, provide clients with clear, actionable insights, and align with the wider team on strategic next steps. You’ll be proactive in day-to-day communication, building strong client relationships through sharing updates and answering ad hoc queries.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Proactively manage day-to-day communication with clients, including sharing updates and answering ad hoc queries.
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and accurate note-taking during calls and meetings.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on campaign briefs, forecasts, and planning.
  • Apply channel expertise and past learnings to shape effective campaign strategies.
  • Expand paid search expertise through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Support and mentor Account Executives to build team capability and knowledge.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Expertise in Paid Search activation is crucial (with 18+ months’ worth of experience), specifically across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Experience using SA360 is also desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, and a strong understanding of measurement and platform tracking.
  • Highly organised and able to multitask by monitoring multiple campaigns across a range of accounts, including budget set ups and tracking, carrying out optimisations in line with meeting the client’s KPIs, and reporting back on performance.
  • Strong data analysis skills, and able to clearly interpret performance data to translate this to actionable next steps and recommendations for the client and team.
  • Ability to contribute to campaign planning alongside Account Managers, using research, insights and learnings to inform our approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a client team.
