Job Description
At Wise, we're on a mission to empower users to make smarter, more transparent financial decisions. We operate as a collective of autonomous teams, trusting and empowering everyone to take ownership and execute on the things that drive the greatest impact for our customers.
The search landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by generative AI, machine learning, and changing customer discovery behaviors. We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Search Senior Executive to help us deliver and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, markets, and languages.
You’ll bring at least 1-2 years of hands-on paid search experience and should be comfortable working with campaign data, identifying opportunities, and turning insights into action. You’ll also be curious about new developments in search, including AI-powered campaign formats, automation, and bidding.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Optimisation
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns that support customer acquisition and efficiency goals.
- Work across large-scale Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads accounts covering multiple markets and languages.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend practical actions to improve results.
- Support campaign launches and expansion into new markets, products, and search or discovery channels.
- Carry out regular account maintenance, quality assurance, and performance checks to ensure campaigns are accurate and operating as intended.
AI and Automation
- Use platform automation and AI-powered features, such as automated bidding, Performance Max, and AI Max, to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to make recurring processes more efficient through automation, templates, or improved ways of working.
- Stay informed about developments in search marketing, generative AI, and evolving customer discovery behavior.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
