About The Role

Paid Search Specialist

At Domino's, paid search plays a critical role in how millions of customers discover, order and engage with our brand. As our Paid Search Specialist, you'll help shape the performance of one of our most important digital growth channels, driving more customers to order through our website and app.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll have the freedom to shape the PPC roadmap and work directly with platform partners such as Google and Microsoft to unlock new opportunities, test emerging technologies and drive meaningful business growth.

If you're passionate about performance marketing, thrive on analysing data and love seeing the impact of your work in real time, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

  • You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership and is motivated by delivering measurable results.
  • You'll be comfortable balancing day-to-day optimisation with longer-term growth opportunities and bringing a clear perspective on what drives performance.
  • You’ll be based in either Manchester or Milton Keynes, working in a hybrid way with 1–2 days a week in the office.
  • Strong background in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into action.
  • Proven experience optimising campaigns to drive commercial outcomes, including traffic, conversions and revenue growth.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience running structured testing and experimentation to improve performance.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, technologies and emerging trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll own the paid search roadmap for Domino's UK, ensuring our campaigns deliver strong commercial performance while continuously evolving through testing, innovation and best practice.
  • Managing and optimising paid campaigns across core and emerging biddable channels, driving growth across Web and App orders.
  • Owning campaign reporting, identifying key drivers of performance and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Leading testing and experimentation initiatives, including the adoption and scaling of AI-powered formats and new platform capabilities.
  • Building strong relationships with platform partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure Domino's remains at the forefront of search innovation.
  • Collaborating closely with SEO, Media and wider Digital teams to align strategies, share insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of measurement and incrementality frameworks to better understand the true impact of marketing activity.
  • Ensuring all campaigns operate in line with industry regulations and protect the Domino's brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
