Come join us: MVF is looking for experienced Paid Search professionals to join our expanding Paid Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build and manage complex campaigns, and hit the ground running, taking ownership of some of our largest accounts from week one.
You’ll have the freedom to test, iterate, and make commercial recommendations on high-value SEM campaigns, reporting findings back to key stakeholders. Beyond your own portfolio, you’ll play an active role in developing less experienced team members and have opportunities to lead small teams on high-impact projects.

We are one of the UK’s largest advertisers, spending over 80M a year across Google, Meta, Microsoft and more. We generate customers for businesses on our own platform, running performance based digital marketing to drive sales for our clients and profit for MVF.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign management: Running paid marketing campaigns across Google Search/Display/Demand Gen/PMAX and Microsoft Ads; building successful marketing campaigns from scratch, including engaging ad copy or creative, relevant audience targeting and keyword analysis.
- Strong analytical & numerical skills: Using a variety of data sources to analyse ad performance data, e.g Click Through Rate, Conversion Rate, and how they impact revenue and profit.
- Strategic Thinking: Developing and executing long-term strategies for your portfolio to deliver sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with other MVF teams to drive greater collaboration and innovation as well as communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders to deliver performance goals.
- Platform Partnerships: Partnering directly with our Google and Microsoft account teams through established relationships to be at the forefront of testing new platform developments and gaining early access to product betas.
- Leadership & Capability Building: Surfacing and leading on projects and process improvement initiatives with the wider team to build capability.
- Commercial awareness: Demonstrating an interest and understanding of commercial factors behind the marketing, and determining the right strategies to deliver on commercial priorities.
- Problem solving: Showing a creative and innovative approach to problem solving, and being able to explain your logic to different stakeholders.

About you/Requirements for the role:
- Demonstrable 3+ years of hands-on campaign management experience in Paid Search
- Strong technical knowledge across Google and Microsoft Ads
- Highly analytical with a sharp eye for detail and strong numerical ability
- Comfortable working autonomously and delivering performance at pace.
- A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Genuinely passionate about digital marketing and continuing to stay ahead of industry trends
- A detail-oriented individual with a combination of creative and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage and influence stakeholders of different seniorities
