Are you passionate about paid social media and ready to take the next step in your digital marketing career?
We're looking for a Paid Social Account Executive to join a growing full-service digital agency in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented paid social specialist with around 2 years' experience managing campaigns and client relationships across a variety of sectors, including eCommerce and B2B lead generation.
Working alongside an experienced performance marketing team, you'll take ownership of client accounts, execute high-performing paid social campaigns, and provide strategic insights that drive measurable results.
The Role
As a Paid Social Account Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and against agreed performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts across eCommerce and B2B sectors.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, ROI, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and maximise results.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and prospecting strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Present campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and account management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends, and emerging paid social opportunities.

About You
- Approximately 2 years' experience in a Paid Social role.
- Experience managing your own client portfolio within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Experience delivering campaigns for eCommerce and/or B2B lead generation clients.
- Comfortable managing campaign budgets and monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience creating and presenting performance reports to clients.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Google Analytics (GA4) knowledge would be advantageous.
