Company Description

Zenith is the ROI agency. We help brands make Bold Moves in communications to drive profitable, measurable growth.

At Zenith, Bold Moves are big, brave shifts to strategy, data, audience or activation. They’re grounded in evidence, backed by rigorous forecasting and designed to deliver stronger returns for clients and better experiences for consumers. We work as empathetic partners, taking the time to understand our clients’ businesses and tying our success to theirs.

Part of Publicis Media, Zenith has over 5,000 specialists across 90 markets. In the UK, we work with leading organisations including The Very Group, Macmillan and Morrisons – helping them make smarter, more impactful choices to unlock growth. We believe an inclusive culture strengthens our business, enabling greater idea exchange, innovation and creativity, and we actively encourage our people to drive positive change.

Overview

We’re hiring Media Performance Executives to join our media teams across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in digital media, specialising in one core area while building a broader understanding of performance marketing. You’ll be supported by experienced specialists, learning how digital campaigns deliver real impact for clients. If you’re curious, analytical, and motivated to learn, this is a great place to begin your journey. You’ll join one of our specialist teams, focusing on either Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic, while developing a wider understanding of how these channels work together.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the setup, delivery and optimisation of campaigns within your specialist channel (Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic)
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve results
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality assurance across campaign execution
  • Contribute to campaign reporting, turning data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to help ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Learn how to use industry platforms, tools and technologies relevant to your channel
  • Build a broader understanding of performance media and how channels work together

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The recruitment process

Step 1: Apply and get started!

Step 2: Show us your skills and strengths – complete some fun, interactive tasks through our assessment tool delivered in partnership with Arctic Shores. Look out for this in your emails following your application!

Step 3: A quick chat with a recruiter to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions and let us know if you require any adjustments.

Step 4: Join us for a virtual assessment centre where you can showcase your skills and strengths.

Step 5: We’ll give you feedback, post assessment day, whether or not we move forward with your application.

🌟 What to Expect from the Arctic Shores Assessment

As part of our selection process, we use an Arctic Shores game-based assessment to help us understand your natural strengths in a fair, engaging way. This isn’t a quiz about what you know, it’s about showing how you think, behave and solve problems in real time.

What it is

A series of interactive tasks (games) designed to measure problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, focus and other work-relevant behaviours.

You won’t see typical questions, instead, you’ll play activities that look and feel like simple games.

How it works

You’ll receive an email with a link and simple instructions.

Before the official assessment you can try a practice task so you’re confident with the format.

Get help with your application

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.

The assessment usually has around 7-9 tasks and should take about the same time as a standard online test.

Tips to succeed

  • Choose a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable device.
  • Read the instructions carefully before starting each activity.
  • Be yourself - Arctic Shores is designed to capture how you naturally approach challenges, not what you think is the “right” answer.

After you finish

Candidates receive a personalised feedback report that explains what your responses suggest about your strengths - valuable insight whether you join us or not.

There are no right or wrong answers - your results simply help us understand where you’ll thrive. Approach it with confidence and focus on performing consistently throughout each task.
