We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Executive
We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Executive to join our team and support the planning, activation and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a range of clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone looking to build their expertise across paid social, working closely with Account Managers and senior members of the team to deliver effective campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
You’ll be involved throughout the campaign lifecycle – from campaign builds and creative trafficking through to optimisation, reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation & Management
- Build, launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately and in line with agreed strategies and best practice
- Complete campaign QA checks before and after launch
- Monitor pacing, budgets and campaign delivery
- Make day-to-day optimisations based on performance
- Support audience, creative, placement and campaign testing

Reporting & Insights
- Support weekly, monthly and campaign reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and identify key trends
- Turn platform data into clear observations and actionable insights
- Maintain campaign trackers, testing logs and reporting documents
- Develop an understanding of how paid social activity contributes to wider client objectives
Creative & Testing
- Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities for creative testing
- Monitor performance across different formats, messaging and placements
- Support structured A/B and experimentation programmes
- Develop an understanding of platform best practice and how creative influences campaign performance
Client & Team Support
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client requirements
- Help prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Communicate campaign updates clearly to the wider team
- Work collaboratively with other media, creative and analytics teams where required

What We’re Looking For
- An interest in digital marketing and paid social
- Some experience with Meta Ads Manager or other digital advertising platforms is beneficial but not essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accurate campaign delivery
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and willing to learn about new platforms, technology and industry developments
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
What Success Looks Like
You’ll become confident in independently managing the day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns, producing accurate reporting and identifying optimisation opportunities, while developing the strategic and client-facing skills required to progress towards an Account Manager role.
