The Role

As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will take ownership of paid social activity across a portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on the property and travel sectors.

You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, leads, and conversions, while helping clients understand how paid social can contribute to their wider marketing and business objectives.

This is a hands-on and client-facing role. You’ll work closely with our Client Services, Strategy, and Creative teams, while also supporting the development of junior members of the Paid Social team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Account Ownership

  • Own the day-to-day paid social strategy and delivery across assigned clients
  • Translate client objectives into clear campaign strategies, structures, and testing plans
  • Develop tailored paid social approaches based on client goals, target audiences, market trends, and performance data
  • Recommend appropriate platforms, objectives, audiences, budgets, creative approaches, and measurement frameworks
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and evolve account strategy
  • Ensure paid social activity aligns with wider client marketing and business objectives

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Lead the development, activation, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant paid social platforms
  • Manage campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness and consideration through to lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor campaign delivery and make ongoing optimisations against agreed KPIs
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing, ensuring investment is allocated effectively
  • Maintain high standards of campaign set-up, QA, and account governance
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and performance issues

Audience, Creative & Testing

  • Use data and insights to develop effective audience strategies and identify opportunities to improve targeting
  • Build structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, placements, messaging, campaign objectives, and conversion strategies
  • Develop clear hypotheses and measurement approaches for tests
  • Work closely with Creative and Content teams to ensure paid social creative is on-brand, platform-appropriate, and designed with performance in mind
  • Analyse performance across creative formats, messaging, and placements to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Turn successful tests into actionable recommendations that can be applied across campaigns and clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
