As we continue to scale our search offering, we’re looking for a commercially sharp Paid Media Team Lead to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the primary Paid Social lead across a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You will:
- Own Paid Social performance across up to five high-growth ecommerce accounts
- Shape, oversee, and sign off channel strategy to drive measurable results
- Build and present proposals that unlock incremental growth opportunities
- Lead and quality-control all Paid Social execution and optimisation
- Mentor and develop junior Executives, setting clear standards and best practices
- Ensure Nest’s testing methodologies and optimisation frameworks are consistently applied
- Produce accurate spend and performance forecasts with commercial insight
- Work closely with Performance Directors to deliver best-in-class cross-channel client outcomes

Candidate Experience
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook) and Tiktok Ads
- A solid understanding of ecommerce performance levers and optimisation techniques
- Confidence managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Analytical, data-led thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication skills and comfort leading client conversations
- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
- A proactive, curious mindset - always looking for smarter, faster, more effective solutions
