About Social Fitness

We are Social Fitness, a digital marketing agency helping fitness studios attract more members and grow their businesses.

In just five years, we’ve grown to support over 500 fitness studio clients, including studios across F45 Training, 1Rebel, Hyrox, STRONG Pilates, FS8, Anytime Fitness, BFT, REVL and CrossFit, to name a few.

Our approach is simple: put clients first, use data to make better decisions, and deliver results that make a difference to their businesses.

Based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, we’re an ambitious team that takes pride in its work and enjoys building something together. As we grow, we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

Paid Social Account Manager

Location: Manchester, Northern Quarter HQ / Hybrid — three days per week in the office.
Scope: Paid social campaign delivery and client account management across a portfolio of fitness studios.

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to help fitness studios grow through effective Facebook and Instagram advertising and strong client relationships.

You’ll own the day-to-day performance of your accounts, from building and optimising lead generation campaigns to presenting results and recommending what happens next. You’ll understand each client’s goals, take a proactive approach to improving performance, and make sure they feel informed and supported.

This is a hands-on role that combines campaign delivery, creative thinking and account management. You’ll be comfortable working with data, communicating clearly and taking responsibility for the quality of your work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
