The Paid Social Account Manager will take ownership of high-value ecommerce advertising campaigns while leading a small team and shaping the strategic direction of paid social activity across a portfolio of clients.

Role Highlights

  • Lead Paid Social strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce clients
  • Manage and mentor 1–2 Paid Social Executives to maximise performance
  • Drive campaign planning, optimisation, testing, and measurement
  • Present insights, strategy updates, and performance reviews to clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to scale spend

You Will Need

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager from setup to optimisation
  • Deep understanding of Paid Social strategies within ecommerce environments
  • Confident client communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Leadership experience or clear potential to manage and develop team members
