About Utilise Social
We’re a performance, branding and growth marketing agency working with ambitious ecommerce and consumer brands. We help brands grow through paid media, creative, web, CRO and CRM, all under one roof. We’re not a traditional agency where media buyers work in isolation, make minor campaign adjustments and send clients a report at the end of the month. Our Paid Media Team works closely with creative, strategy, email and web to identify what is holding performance back and take action quickly. We work with growing brands across industries including fashion, supplements, wellness, food, events, technology and ecommerce. We care about strong results, but we also care about understanding why those results are happening and what we need to test next.
The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager who is comfortable managing campaign performance, developing creative strategy and communicating directly with clients.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts across Meta and TikTok, managing everything from campaign builds and daily optimisation to reporting, strategic planning and creative testing.
The majority of the role will involve:
- Meta advertising
- TikTok advertising
- Ecommerce and lead-generation campaigns
- Campaign strategy and account structure
- Budget management and optimisation
- Creative analysis and briefing
- Client communication and reporting
- Performance forecasting and planning
- Testing new audiences, offers, hooks and creative concepts
This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving performance problems, working closely with clients and turning data into clear actions.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists, Designers, Video Editors, Google Team, Email Team and Web Team to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
- Taking ownership of client performance and identifying what needs to happen next
- Managing campaign budgets effectively across different brands and objectives
- Monitoring metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR and AOV
- Analysing performance across campaigns, creative, audiences, products and landing pages
- Identifying patterns, opportunities and potential problems before they become major issues
- Acting as the main point of contact for your client accounts
- Leading regular client calls and presenting performance clearly and confidently
- Turning performance data into practical strategic recommendations
- Developing campaign concepts, offers, hooks, angles and testing plans
- Briefing Designers, Video Editors, Creators and UGC talent on new ad concepts
- Reviewing creative performance and explaining why certain ads are succeeding or failing
- Creating clear weekly and monthly reports without hiding behind dashboards
- Troubleshooting underperforming campaigns and implementing data-backed solutions
- Collaborating with other departments to improve landing pages, conversion rates, email performance and wider customer journeys
- Keeping accounts, reports, testing plans and client communication organised
- Staying up to date with platform changes without reacting to every new update or trend
- Using AI tools to improve analysis, research, briefing and workflow efficiency where useful

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
