Blazon
Blazon helps technology and consumer brands build, launch, and grow products globally. We bring strategy, branding, creative, websites, ecommerce, and advertising together, working across consumer technology, wearables, robotics, and physical products.
We're looking for a Meta Ads specialist with a creative eye and a clear understanding of what makes people buy.
You might spot a stronger hook in a product demo, brief a creator on a new angle, or notice that a campaign's ROAS is hiding a checkout problem. You'll turn those observations into better ads and better decisions.
This is a mid-level role for someone who already spends a meaningful part of their week in Meta Ads Manager. You'll run campaigns, work closely with our designers and creators, and help clients grow through product launches and ongoing ecommerce advertising.
What you'll do
Build, run, and improve Meta campaigns
- Set up new client advertising accounts and campaigns, and audit existing setups across Meta Business Portfolio, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Commerce Manager.
- Work through business assets, permissions, pixels, catalogues, Shopify connections, and launch checks with the relevant team members.
- Plan campaign structures, audiences, placements, testing, and budget allocation within agreed client goals.
- Monitor spend, spot performance changes, troubleshoot delivery, and recommend how to scale successful activity.
- Keep accounts organized as budgets, creative volume, and international campaigns grow.
Turn product insight into ads people respond to
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and offers based on the product, customer questions, objections, and purchase motivations.
- Request content from designers, editors, and creators through clear briefs covering the idea, opening, proof, format, references, and deadline.
- Work with UGC and creator content, including product demonstrations, testimonials, founder videos, and short-form ads.
- Help select suitable creators, brief shoots, review drafts, and build useful variations. Coordinate usage permissions and partnership-ad access with the account team.
- Run a structured creative testing program and feed results back into the next round of content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Connect advertising performance to ecommerce results
- Track ROAS, CPA, customer acquisition cost, revenue, and spend, and understand how margins affect the target.
- Use Shopify, Meta, and GA4 to investigate conversion rates, average order value, new customers, and the journey from ad to checkout.
- Check purchase events, values, attribution, and tracking consistency, working with developers on Pixel and Conversions API issues.
- Identify problems with landing pages, product feeds, stock, offers, or checkout and give the team clear recommendations.
- Explain performance through concise reports: what happened, what we learned, and what we should do next.
Keep learning and bring ideas into the team
- Follow Meta product changes, creative formats, creator trends, and developments in performance advertising.
- Use research, reporting, and AI tools to improve the speed and quality of your work, with careful checks on outputs.
- Bring relevant ideas from other brands and industries, then test whether they work for each client's product and audience.
- Support activity on Google, Reddit, X, or TikTok where your experience and the client brief fit.
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience building and optimizing Meta campaigns. You will typically have two to four years of relevant experience.
- Ecommerce advertising experience, including practical work with Shopify stores and purchase campaigns.
- A creative mind: you can explain why an ad might work, write a useful brief, and suggest a fresh angle.
- Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, or UGC creators, with examples of content you helped improve.
- Confidence with ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and AOV, plus an understanding of attribution and commercial targets.
- Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, catalogues, and account setup, including when to involve a technical specialist.
- Organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several accounts or campaigns.
- Curiosity about changing platforms and the judgement to test ideas carefully.
