Please note: This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. We are based in Euston, London.
Purpose Of Role
The Paid Social Advertising Manager will own and scale SheMed’s paid social activity, with a primary focus on Meta, alongside other channels such as TikTok, Reddit, and X. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition through smart campaign strategy, relentless creative testing, and data-led optimisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance marketing, moves quickly, and is excited to grow alongside one of the fastest-moving brands in women’s health.
What You'll Work On
Paid Social Strategy & Performance
- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and other smaller channels.
- Support testing and growth.
- Manage large budgets against key performance targets, with a strong focus on CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to scale spend while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
- Monitor performance daily and move quickly when campaigns or audiences are underperforming.
Creative Testing & Optimisation
- Build and manage a continuous creative testing roadmap across messaging, formats, audiences, and concepts.
- Work closely with Brand and Creative to develop a consistent pipeline of new performance creative.
- Turn campaign data into clear creative insights and actionable briefs.
- Identify winning concepts and iterate quickly to find further opportunities for scale.

Data & Growth
- Analyse performance across the full acquisition funnel.
- Use data to understand consumer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Produce clear reporting on performance, learnings, and next steps.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, competitor activity, and emerging paid social opportunities.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with Growth, Brand, CRM, Product, and Data to ensure paid activity supports wider company goals.
- Coordinate campaigns around key launches, promotions, and brand moments.
- Bring new ideas to the table and proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for direction.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within a high-growth D2C, consumer, health, or wellness brand.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation, scaling, and reporting.
- Experience running and optimising campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager.
- A strong understanding of performance metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
- Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets and making confident budget allocation decisions.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and what makes paid social creative convert.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns, tests, and priorities at once.
- Comfortable working at speed in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do.
- Strong communicator who can work effectively across creative, data, product, and marketing teams.
