At Neptune
At Neptune, we believe in the beauty of considered design. In homes that are both lived-in and loved. And in telling our story in a way that's as refined and thoughtful as the spaces we help our customers create - homes with heart. As we continue to grow both online and through our network of stores, we're looking for a Paid Social & Affiliate Executive to help shape how our brand shows up across the digital landscape.
As our Paid Social & Affiliate Executive, you'll work alongside the Paid Media Lead to bring Neptune's brand stories to life across paid social, influencer and affiliate channels. Using thoughtful, insight-led campaigns, you'll inspire customers at every stage of their journey from first discovery through to purchase while delivering measurable results.
Your focus will be on driving online sales, generating high-quality leads for our design services, including brochure requests and design enquiries, and encouraging more customers to visit our showrooms. You'll play an important role in shaping our test-and-learn approach, continually exploring new ideas, optimising performance, and helping to grow the reach and impact of our influencer and affiliate partnerships.
Day to day you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Paid Media Lead in delivering paid social, affiliate and partnership activity that aligns with Neptune's marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
- Planning, launching and optimising full-funnel campaigns across social channels to drive online sales, generate high-quality design leads and increase showroom visits.
- Managing our affiliate programme and supporting commercial partnerships, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and measured accurately.
- Collaborating with our organic social and creative teams to amplify high-performing content, test new creative approaches and optimise campaigns through continuous experimentation.
- Analysing campaign performance, sharing actionable insights and championing a test-and-learn approach to improve efficiency, engagement and return on investment.
- Driving lead generation and omnichannel growth by delivering targeted campaigns that strengthen our CRM, support our design teams and connect customers with their local showroom.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
